The Rapid Transit Report Revealed

The London Free Press has everybody up in arms about City Hall’s decision to censor major parts of the Shift Rapid Transit Business Case. We do agree that it is an unsettling way to handle public information. However, we believe that it’s best to take a thorough look through what has been presented to us. So, we decided to review the published portion of the report in detail. To put it simply, we are astonished that any decision for such a large amount of money, could be made based on the details provided in this paper.

The report is littered with typos and inaccuracies.
